As far as the purification goes,
I have noticed immediate and dramatic results, I've already lost 9.2 lbs. and it hasn't even been a week yet, along with an
incredible boost in energy. You asked me several times how my energy was before and I would tell you that it was OK but now
I know that I really had low energy. I've only been sleeping maybe 4-5 hours per night, and I don't ever catch myself yawning

 Funny thing, I would never have done the purification diet unless I had absolutely trusted your motivations, knowledge,
and inner wisdom. And now I’m so thankful, and incredulous, how easy it has been for me to live on veggies
and some fruit, without all the “bready” stuff I was eating before (bread, pizza, Mexican food, etc.)

Best yet, I’m learning a new way to eat and actually enjoying
it. I’m feeling satisfied, no cravings, and that is fantastic! I think the gymnema is really helping.

This is the greatest life change!! Mark and I want to say thank-you for taking us on this journey. Without your knowledge,
and guidance this journey wouldn't have been possible. It hasn't always been a bed-of-roses, but possible. We are
sleeping better, eating habits are changing, and energy is better. We are literally getting cleaned from the inside out. The
